Share your work. Let clients choose.
Upload once, organise into albums and send a private link. Clients pick favourites and leave notes, and you see exactly what they want.
Your library
Upload your way
Drag and drop or browse. Many photos at once, and RAW files from the major camera makers are supported (see the note below).
Albums
Group photos into albums, move them between albums and see them grouped by date.
Favourites, archive, trash
Mark favourites, archive what you are not using and recover deleted photos from the trash.
Search
Find a photo quickly by its file name.
Storage meter
Always see how much space your library uses.
Your own space
Every account has its own isolated library, with a lightbox viewer you can drive from the keyboard.
One private link per album
Create a share link, choose the settings and send it. The album opens on any device, with no account needed.
- Set an expiry date for the link
- Allow or block downloads, and allow or block a ZIP of the whole album
- Put a watermark with your own text on shared photos
- On a phone, clients can save photos straight into their Photos gallery
Album activity at a glance
- Times the album was opened, and opened in the last 7 days
- When it was last opened
- ZIP downloads and photo downloads
- How many clients chose photos
- The most-chosen photos
An opening counts once per visitor every half hour. Search-engine robots, link previews and your own visits while signed in are not counted.
Choose, comment, submit
Clients tick the photos they want. On any chosen photo they can write a short note (up to 500 characters). When they submit, the selection locks, so what you receive is final.
- See chosen photos with a ๐ฌ badge where there is a comment
- Receive an e-mail and a message in your inbox when a client submits
- See who opened the album (a name if they gave one, otherwise Guest), their device and where they came from
- Export the list as a CSV file, comments included
Example note
โPlease retouch this one and make it a little warmer.โ
A comment belongs to a chosen photo: un-choosing the photo removes it.
Edit many photos together
Select photos in your albums and open them all in the editor at once. A photo strip runs along the bottom, and every photo keeps its own edits.
Copy edits
Copy one photoโs adjustments, watermark and text to every photo you tick.
Save as copies
Save the photo, the selected ones or all edited ones as new copies. Originals are never overwritten.
Download as ZIP
Download selected photos or everything as a ZIP.
Batch actions
Run a saved action set (adjust, resize, sharpen, watermark, format) on many photos with a naming template and a report.
Good to know
RAW files are shown using the largest JPEG preview stored inside each RAW file. This is a fast, practical way to browse and edit RAW photos in a browser, but it is not a full RAW development, so the extra dynamic range of the sensor is not available.
